JEFFREY R DEL FAVERO

Jeffrey’s extensive experience in real estate and land development will enable him to provide his customers with excellent service, his clients will benefit tremendously from his special knowledge and expertise in this area.

Del Favero has worked in residential/commercial construction and land development for more than 30 years. He is President of Del Favero Associates, Inc.,and Del Favero Designs LLC, and Vice President of Del Favero Builders Inc., A fourth generation family building firm.

He has experience in all aspects of Real Estate from New Home Construction and Remodeling, Land Development and Subdivision processes and the Construction,Leasing and Renovations of over 150,000 sqft of commercial space in Middletown.

Del Favero was named Connecticut’s 2005 Builder of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Connecticut. He is the President of the Home Builders Association of New Haven County for 2007-2009.

A resident of Middletown for six years, Del Favero is an active participant in the community. He is a member of the St. Francis Xavier Society, Board of Director for Xavier High School, member of St. Pius X church, Middletown Chamber of Commerce and the Fraternal Order of the Elk.
